Eight Years in the Making
Lujain Travels Limited was incorporated on 7th September 2026 — but the expertise behind it runs far deeper. Our founder spent eight years inside the travel industry: three years as a travel consultant mastering the craft of itinerary design and client service, followed by five years as a travel manager overseeing corporate travel programs for organisations across East Africa.
That experience revealed a consistent gap in the market: businesses needed a travel partner who understood their world from the inside — one who could speak the language of corporate policy, budget accountability, and executive expectations, not just flight bookings. Kenyan and East African corporations in particular needed a dedicated Travel Management Company (TMC) that understood the region's unique routing challenges, visa requirements, and preferred carrier relationships.

We operate as a full-service TMC for businesses across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia — managing everything from single executive trips to 200-delegate MICE conferences. With eight years of hands-on industry experience — spanning travel consultancy and corporate travel management — he leads the company with a commitment to precision, client trust, and operational excellence. Mohamed has personally managed travel programs for corporations, NGOs, and government agencies across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.

Travel Manager
With three years of experience in the travel industry, Najma has developed a genuine talent for understanding what clients need — often before they have to ask. She manages day-to-day travel operations including flight bookings, hotel sourcing, and visa coordination for Lujain Travels' corporate accounts. She brings warmth, attentiveness, and quiet efficiency to every interaction, making clients feel looked after from the first enquiry to the final boarding call.

Sales Manager
George brings five years of sales experience to Lujain Travels, driving client acquisition and building lasting relationships with corporate accounts across East Africa. His deep understanding of client needs and sharp commercial instinct make him a key force behind the company's growth. George leads business development for managed travel programs and MICE contracts across Kenya and the wider East African Community.
David Ochieng
Head of Corporate Accounts
David oversees our key corporate accounts, ensuring every travel program is aligned with client policies and budget targets. He manages the relationship between Lujain Travels and its largest managed travel clients, conducting quarterly program reviews and identifying cost-saving opportunities across flight, hotel, and ground transport spend.
Fatuma Wanjiru
MICE & Events Manager
Fatuma specialises in large-scale conference and incentive travel, having coordinated events across 30+ countries. She manages the full logistics chain for MICE clients — from delegate flight coordination and hotel room blocks to on-site travel desks and post-event reporting. Her experience spans regional East African summits, international conference delegations, and incentive trips for corporate teams.
